First Create a New Configurations Settings on your phone

• Account Name:  Tricksme.in
• APN:  airtelgprs.com
• Proxy:  65.255.37.81
• Port:  80

Download New UC Web Handler
In UC handler Settings menu, change Proxy type to http. and enter the following proxy.

airtel.in/freezone

Nokia S40 User’s need to Download .prov file and send the .prov file to your mobile via Bluetooth.

Save the settings and connect normally with default Airtel APN you will be surprised to see Internet working on your blocked SIM, In some states you will only be able to browse but in most of the regions downloading is also supported.
